"Love Kym! After leaving my last state farm, after over a decade there I was very nervous to go to a new agent. I did not think anybody was going to be as good as the last young lady I worked with. I shopped around to other state farm representatives and was not happy. After I met Kym and told her how wonderful my last agent was, and was sad to see her leave Kym was very understanding, and has I definitely made my transition really nice. I love to pay in person and kym is always welcoming and I love the conversations I have with her. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She explains things very well and I don't leave feeling confused. I hope she stays there for a very long time. I really don't feel like looking for a new agent. I don't think I'd get lucky a third time in a row."
